Designed by an artist, for artists. That's what The Pearl Building is all about. Located Downtown just south of Divisadero at 1841 Fulton, you'll find Reza Assemi's first project, and where the Mural District began. His dream and original concept was to create a space where artists could live, work, and show public. The end result does just that. Keeping the original brick walls and ceiling beams, Reza transformed the old 3,000 square foot Red Cross Building into four live/work studios, with unique floor plans. There's even a back patio with a sculpture garden that's often used for art shows and entertaining.
